Our "terms & conditions" are taken very seriously and will not be waived for any reason. If you
place an order, you will have to agree to it which includes our return policy. This is required,
meaning you won't be able to place your order until you agree to our specifications during the
checkout process. *Most people know how to color Chinese virgin hair but don't have experience with
real temple raw hair. If you don't agree to our "terms & conditions" you won't be able to purchase
the hair.
No refund will be given, only exchange within 7 business days if there is a defect in the hair
extensions only for online shipping orders because the client has not had a chance to see hair
before ordering. Also, if any hair products (e.g. hair spray, dye, conditioner, etc.) are placed on
them or if they are styled or heat-treated in any way, they will not qualify for an exchange. The
hair extensions must remain in their original, brand new condition. We have various ways to
determine if the hair extensions have been worn. If this is the case, they can't be returned for
health and legal reasons. All sales are final for in person purchases because we allow you to open
your hair extensions packaging and fully inspect them to make sure that you are completely
satisfied with your purchase before you decide if you want to keep your hair extensions.
If you decide that you would like an exchange, you must contact us by email at
qualityhairandsolutions@gmail.com within 7 business days of receiving your package. This email will
serve as proof that you contacted us within the required time-frame.
Exceptions cannot be made unless you contact us by email prior to placing your order to make
special arrangements.

qualify for an exchange. There will be a 7 business day refund process and you can mail or
physically return back to us once we send you exchange instructions. The postage date will serve as
evidence that your item(s) was shipped back to us within the required time-frame.
